
Office of the President
The other members and club officials of The Knights of Wisdom Chess Club look upon the President for leadership. It is not meant to be a figurehead office, but a highly functional office, and a highly accomplishing and promoting the club's mission through both action and delegation. The President should be one who has the future of the chess club at heart and has ideas to improve the clubs efficiency and growth. He/She should see that the members of The Knights of Wisdom Chess Club are enjoying their experience at the club and work to expand and maintain that enjoyment.

Vice President
The Vice-President shall execute the duties and responsibilities of the President when he/she is unable to serve. It is very important that the Vice-President is present at every meeting to assist the President when it is needed. The Vice President is also responsible for general activities, such as information sessions. The Vice-President has to stand up for the Knights of Wisdom Chess Club and meet up with the President to decide when there will be meetings, the time of the meeting and where. The Vice-President shall review membership applications and conduct annual elections.

Secretary
The secretary is suppose to keep records of all the executive board and general body meetings. He/she also

Maintains a list of active memberships.

Maintains an email list in association with the Webmaster.

Takes attendance quickly and efficiently, and keep permanent attendance records.

Responsible for maintaining all routes communication with members.

Shall preside in the absence of the president, and the Vice-President.
Treasurer
The treasurer leads in all financial reports and handling. He/she will daily collect the dues every month.
- The treasure must also to be able to present a detailed and accurate account of receipts and disbursements(spending) to the Secretary whenever requested including board meetings and annual general meetings.
- Shall, preside in the absence of the President, Vice- President, and the secretary.

-The webmaster is responsible for maintaining the club website and keeping a list of active email.
-The webmaster needs to design the website and revise the website before publishing it.
-The webmaster also maintains, facilitates, and improves the team's discord server.
-Shall preside in the absence of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary, and Treasurer.
